Kathleen A. Rodriguez (nee Sarbiewski) LANSING, IL - Kathleen A. Rodriguez, (nee Sarbiewski), age 71, late of Lansing and formerly of the Southeast Side of Chicago, passed away January 23, 2018. Beloved mother of Lynn (Robert) Rapata and Jeanine Pistello. Cherished grandmother of Andrew Rapata. Devoted daughter of Doris (nee Bakowski) and the late Harry Sarbiewski. Dear sister of John (Charlene), Jerome and Paul (Darlene) Sarbiewski. Adored aunt of Kristi (Travis) Martin, Lisa Sarbiewski and Kate (Adam) Brown. Fond great aunt of Harrison and Franklin Brown and Jonathan and Alex VanEtten. Kathleen was a retired employee of the Illinois Commerce Commission with 26 years of service. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Heart Association in Kathleen's name would be appreciated.
